Stretching is the single most beneficial activity you can do for your body. Everyone knows it, but few do it. For this reason, I am introducing the Pro Stretch system, simply the easiest and fastest way to feel amazing.
There is nothing like having a Pro Stretch therapist work with you one-on-one through assisted stretching. The Pro Stretch system is changing lives every day.
Pro Stretch therapy has many health benefits. Whether you have a desk job, or you are an athlete, or anywhere in between, assisted stretching is a must for your body. Pro Stretch therapy has been shown to improve sports performance, increase range of motion & flexibility, reduce muscle & joint pain, prevent injuries, improve posture, and increase relaxation and decrease stress. Routine stretching for cyclists, returns your muscles to their pre-ride, relaxed state, restores your range of motion and helps you move quicker on your next bike ride!
If you haven’t had a Pro Stretch therapy session before – we’re sure you will love it! People often find the session very relaxing. Your Pro Stretch therapist will meet with you for your one-on-one session and discuss your current flexibility and any injuries that you may have. Your first Pro Stretching session will be a full body Pro Stretch of all the major muscle groups.
During this session, specific areas of tension will be assessed and a treatment plan will be established specifically for you. Then, your therapists provides you with assisted stretching, which gives you the deepest, most effective stretch you will ever receive. So regardless if you have tight shoulders, tight hamstrings, neck tension, etc., your Pro Stretch therapist will tailor a Pro Stretch to target those areas.
The Pro Stretch therapist will execute the Pro Stretches for you, so you are passively stretching within your comfort level to effectively lengthen muscles.
No, it feels amazing! It gets to those areas that you can’t and releases that tension to make you feel great.
Your Pro Stretch therapist will communicate with you throughout the session. Your body is passively being moved through a sequence of a specific group of Pro Stretches. Some clients call it “lazy man’s yoga”. Regardless of how you want to phrase it, It really feels great!
This is the added bonus, each Pro Stretch treatment session is only 30 minutes. Even the busiest clients can fit this into their workdays.
Your Pro Stretch session involves movement, so we recommend wearing comfortable fitting clothing such as gym shorts, t-shirts, yoga pants, etc.
No, just enjoy how amazing your body feels.
Definitely! Clients have reported that Pro Stretching really helps with their other therapy. Let your Pro Stretch therapist know what therapies you are receiving and for what conditions.
This is a preventative program so it really depends on your lifestyle and goals. We have clients coming as often as 4 days a week to once a month. This is unlike anything you have done and after feeling the difference in your body, you will not be able to stay away.
Individual sessions are $74.00 + GST. We also offer a bundle of 4 sessions.

I had a great experience with Rickey Singh. He quickly diagnosed my BPPV (a type of vertigo caused by inner ear imbalance) and treated it, giving me immediate relief. Rickey was incredibly kind, reassuring, and made sure I had everything I needed to continue my recovery at home. Thanks to him, I’m feeling so much better and more confident. I highly recommend Rickey to anyone experiencing vertigo or balance issues. Anas QarApril 24, 2025.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a massage with Igor Tatarnikov and it was exactly what I needed. He was super professional and knowable, and really took the time to understand where I was feeling tension. You can tell he knows his stuff — his pressure was spot on, and he knows how to heal the pain and tightness. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, more relaxed, and way more mobile. it actually made a difference. If you’re dealing with stress, tight muscles, or just want a high-quality therapeutic massage, I can’t recommend Igor enough. petr moravecApril 16, 2025.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. He got right to work on a deep tissue massage along with some stretching. Would 100% return Rhonda LeeApril 10, 2025.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have tried many different massage therapists through the past 12 years and usually been disappointed due to my bad back being beyond the scope of a therapists knowledge. Brad Dow has incredible knowledge of massage therapy and is actually helping me, which is fabulous and unusual. If you need massage therapy which is actually going to help a long standing problem then give Brad Dow a chance! I feel so blessed to be able to have found him. Doina Pislari is a fantastic RMT and wonderful person! Ramona SharmaApril 6, 2025.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After 3+ years of persistent pain that had eventually worsened to the point that I was having trouble walking, sitting, standing, sleeping - chronic sciatica, discomfort along the entire left side of my body, and a stuck, immobile feeling in my pelvic/left abdominal area - I had nearly given up on finding answers. I saw countless professionals including doctors, podiatrists, physiotherapists, and chiropractors, spending well over $10,000 on appointments, diagnostics, and equipment they recommended, doing every remediative exercise/stretch possible while being in excruciating pain. Despite this, no one was able to identify the root cause. Worse still, many practitioners dismissed my experience, attributing it to my weight or lack of fitness, despite the fact that I’ve spent over a decade working out and staying active, being injury-aware, and deeply informed about body mechanics. I was repeatedly offered generic advice like “do hip circles while standing” or “try not to sit so much,” despite the fact that I rarely sit for more than 20 minutes at a time and had already optimized every aspect of posture, ergonomics, footwear, and even explored every potential internal cause like cysts, fibroids, disc herniation. The focus was always on treating surface-level symptoms instead of looking deeper. Then I saw Cole, an RMT, and literally within moments of our first consultation, he was able to pinpoint the actual issue: a tight left psoas muscle. No one else had even considered this, and yet it was the missing piece. I felt seen, understood, and finally hopeful. His approach was not only effective but also respectful of the knowledge and effort I had already invested in understanding my condition. He did his magic, which was extremely specific/specialized techniques to release the psoas, and in just 1 session, I FINALLY noticed a REAL shift. The pain that had defined my daily life for years started to ease, and for the first time in a long time, I felt like myself again. Cole’s work brought immediate relief, but more importantly, it brought back a sense of trust in my body and in the healing process. If you’ve been searching for answers and feel like you’ve tried everything for sciatica/lower back/leg/hip pain, I can’t recommend Cole enough. He listens, assesses with intention, and gets to the root of the issue. I only wish I had found him sooner. Thanks so much, Cole! You're the real MVP.
