One of the best parts of private practice is independence. One of the harder parts can be isolation.
We’ve worked hard to create a clinic where practitioners have the autonomy to run their own practices while still feeling like they’re genuinely part of something. That means knowing the people you work alongside, learning from each other, referring to each other and occasionally getting out of the treatment room together.
Throughout the year, our team gets together for monthly outings and events — hot & cold plunges, sports games, mini-golf, pub nights — an annual ski trip and the Electra softball team.
Ski trips, softball, workshops, dinners and whatever else we’ve talked each other into that month.
