Getting Here

• Our clinic is in the Electra building (formerly the BC Hydro building) on the North East corner of Burrard & Nelson.
• The building has two entrances: 970 Burrard Street and 989 Nelson Street.
• Use the 970 Burrard Street entrance, marked "Executive Offices" above the door. The Nelson Street side is residential and does not connect to our health floor.
• The building doors are closed after 6 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends and statutory holidays. At those times, use buzzer 001 at the 970 Burrard Street entrance and we will let you in.

Transit

• Burrard, Granville, and Yaletown-Roundhouse SkyTrain stations are all within walking distance.
• Several bus routes run along Burrard and Davie Streets.

Parking

• Metered street parking is available on Burrard, Nelson, and Helmcken Streets, so check the signs closely to avoid getting towed during rush hour (7 to 9 am & 3 to 6 pm).
• Paid underground parking can be found in nearby parkades, including one next to the Scotiabank Theatre near Starbucks, accessible from Burrard or Hornby.
• Bike racks are available at the building entrance.
• Give yourself a 15-minute grace period on either side of your appointment when parking.

Accessibility

• Our clinic is on the mezzanine level, reached by elevator from the main lobby.
• The space is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, reach out ahead of time and we'll be glad to help.
