Slava’s journey to Canada began in 2017 from the remote and magnificent Kamchatka region of Russia, often compared to the volcanic landscapes of Iceland and New Zealand, and the wild, untamed beauty of Alaska. Raised close to nature, Slava spent years seeking balance and harmony while working in national parks and the travel business. His passion for connecting people with the beauty of nature led him to establish a glamping site on the Pacific Ocean shore, featuring luxurious bell tents, a seawater hot tub, and a delightful authentic restaurant.
Guiding guests through the land of powerful volcanoes and later traveling through beautiful British Columbia, Slava also harbored a dream of exploring human nature and anatomy, seeking connections between the body and mind. This dream came closer to reality when he received an offer to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in the heart of Vancouver.
Now, nearly finished with his massage therapy program, Slava is eager to help the community become healthier, happier, and stronger. At 36 years old, he understands well what the body needs to be well-maintained. His active, healthy lifestyle includes mountain skiing, running, working out at the gym, and somatic work, all of which help him continuously improve his practice.
In bodywork, Slava’s key principles are communication with patients, attentiveness to the smallest details of their problems, and crafting effective treatment plans. His goal is to address specific areas and requests while considering the whole person, respecting their boundaries and their vision of themselves.
