Background

Hailey Kindt has always had a strong interest in the human body, which led her to complete a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) at Brock University in Ontario, graduating in 2020.

She went on to pursue advanced training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario, where she completed a four-year Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) program, graduating in 2024.

Hailey is certified through the National Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners of Canada (OSTCAN). This designation reflects the completion of over 4,200 hours of osteopathic education, including more than 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice. Her training meets the Type 1 benchmark established by the World Health Organization (WHO), representing the highest standard of osteopathic education.

Her education is rooted in a classical osteopathic approach based on the principles established by the founder of osteopathy, Dr. Andrew Taylor Still. This approach emphasizes the relationship between structure and function, guided by a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology. Treatment is principles-based, recognizing the body as a dynamic, interconnected unit with an inherent ability to self-regulate and heal.

Hailey values creating a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment where each treatment is tailored to the individual. She is passionate about helping people improve their movement, reduce pain and tension, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Her goal is to support each patient in feeling and functioning at their best.

Outside of the clinic, Hailey enjoys staying active through hiking, paddle boarding, swimming, and working out, as well as playing volleyball and exploring new places. She also values time spent with friends and family, and enjoys creative outlets such as reading, drawing, and pottery.
