VaChelsea has had the opportunity to provide treatments for sports injuries, overuse injuries, prenatal and postpartum women, older adults, and individuals healing from trauma and/or stressful life situations. Particularly, Chelsea believes in cultivating a safe and comfortable environment for her patients by communicating effectively and providing patient-centred care.

Chelsea’s modalities include Swedish techniques which can be implemented at varying levels of tissue depth, myofascial techniques to release tight fascia, passive stretching, as well as joint mobilizations to increase range of motion and encourage joint health.

Chelsea’s strength is in identifying where an individual holds their tension and using a combination of relaxing techniques and deep pressure holds, stretching and breathing to bring harmony into her patient’s bodies.
