Sam is a student massage therapist currently enrolled in the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College, with an academic background in Physical Education from Korea. With a longstanding passion for human movement and anatomy, Sam finds deep meaning in helping people feel better and move more freely in their everyday lives.
His approach to treatment is hands-on, client-centered, and rooted in clear communication. Sam works closely with each individual to understand their concerns, goals, and preferences—whether they’re seeking stress relief, recovering from injury, or managing chronic pain. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet the client where they’re at that day.
Sam integrates various techniques, including Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point release, PNF stretching, myofascial work, orthopedic-based techniques, joint mobilizations, and hydrotherapy to address immediate discomfort and long-term functional goals.
Currently practicing at Electra Health, Sam is committed to delivering thoughtful, results-oriented care while continuing to grow in his journey to becoming a registered massage therapist.
